It has never been easier to finish your basement. With Avant Garde Homes' $14 Sq Ft basement you simply multiply the square footage of your basement by 14 and that is the price you will pay to have your basement finished no matter its size.
What is included in the $14 a Sq Ft basement
-Layout: If necessary we will design the floor plan of your basement around existing plumbing
-Framing: We provide all materials and labor for framing.
-Electrical: White outlets and switches as required by code, 2 Bulb Portfolio light fixtures in Bedrooms and 1 Bulb in Hallways and Closets if needed, hardwired smoke alarms. We provide and install all Romex wiring and RG6 Coax and Cat 5 Cables in all bedrooms and in Family Rooms.
-HVAC: Install all cold air returns and heat runs as required by code.
-Insulation: R-13 insulation to be installed in exterior walls as required by code.
-Drywall: 1/2" drywall will be installed and finished holey smooth on walls and ceiling, all windows to be rapped in drywall.
-Finish Carpentry: Provide and install doors (choice of 6 styles) , 2 1/4" flat casing, and 3 1/4 flat baseboards.
-Closets: Single particle board shelf with oval hanging rod in closets, Linen closets to have 4 shelves.
-Paint: One coat primer, two coats one-tone satin paint. Color to be selected by homeowner.
-Hardware: All door knobs, door stops
-Clean-up: Basement to be cleaned of any excess construction materials or dust. Basement to be isolated to minimize dust in rest of house.
